Hello DA!
I was thinking about taking commissions here on DA in a month or so.
How should I go about it? I know I should announce it in a journal and/or an image, but what about payment? Is paypal the way to go?
Any tips will be greatly appreciated...

Just a small update...
I've recently been getting into graphic design. Both at my job and on my own. Things have been going pretty well so far. Learning a lot.
With that said, I've created a facebook page. Yeah, I know. I'm about 7 years behind. lol Anyway, it's a business page for my artin' and whatnot. So go like the page www.facebook.com/darkreignart Also, I have paypal now. You know, so I can get PAID from the commissions. YES! COMMISSIONS! It's all new to me but so far so good.

in the zone... artistically?
My wife and I were having a "discussion" about being in a zone artistically. I was trying to explain to her that when we, as artists, are in a zone, it is extremely hard to stop what we are doing before we are finished. I've been up till the wee hours of the morning working on a piece because it seemed like everything was flowing. Everything in my head was coming to life on paper/screen pretty much how I envisioned it, if not better! In the ZONE! My wife's view is that it's basically a choice to keep drawing or whatever, and that we can stop what we are doing, even if we are locked in (in the zone) and pick right back up later, like the next

Paypal is a good way to go. I would suggest announcing commissions on DA and any other social media option that you use (facebook, twitter, any other online art community you are a part of)
